Welcome to 2021!

We had a great break over summer, with our usual Christmas in Napier and holiday in the Marlborough Sounds. This was my view from my workout spot in the mornings - it certainly made wall sits a little more appetising :-)

I hope you all had an equally rejuvenating break and are ready to start the year afresh.

2021 brings big changes for me with my youngest off to school next week! This means I am now available 5 days a week from 9:30 - 2:45. Due to demand, I have also brought back some evenings - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday's at 8 pm. And Sunday afternoons are available as always.

I am also planning to get some more fitness training classes off the ground. I am currently looking at 6 am & 9:30 am on Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings. I am hoping to run these as 10-week courses rather than drop-ins - $300 for a 10-week course, or $500 for 10 weeks of fitness + 3x 1-hour massages. The classes are small group so limited at 5 people per session - please contact me for further information.

Although we are in the height of summer at the moment and colds and sicknesses aren't that prevalent, it is always a good time to remind you to please not come in for an appointment if you are under the weather. This helps keep me healthy which allows me to continue treating you!

I am continuing to disinfect the table and high use areas between clients, using hand sanitiser and as always changing all linen - and washing with an anti-bac / anti-viral / anti-fungal solution. I have a mask in the clinic and am happy to wear it if you request. And please keep signing in - to the clinic and all places you go! 

Word of mouth is by far the best way to grow so please tell your friends and family about my services. For the month of February, you will receive a $10 discount on your next massage for every person who books in saying you referred them!
